SCOTUS Upholds Ohio’s Voter Suppression

Ohio law dictates that voters who have not engaged in voter activity for two years are sent a notice in the mail. If the voter responds to the notice, their registration status is updated. If the voter fails to respond and does not vote within the next four years, their registration is cancelled. Without a registration, voters are unable to participate in local, state, or federal elections.
