Midday forecast: Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect at 2 p.m. as more snow heads for Chicagoland

After a historic snowfall over the post-Thanksgiving weekend, the start of the work week — and also the start of December and Meteorological Winter — will bring more snow to Chicagoland.
